Add Flamers to PVE

​I know adding new weapons to the game is kind of a hassle for the dev’s, but here is an idea that shouldn’t be too much work. We already have the Pyreblaster from the campaign . They could add a perk tree to it and create their 3 base models for the master-crafted, artificer and relic versions, and then Tactical has a new weapon. Heavy class could then get the Heavy Flamer, which is better at dealing with armor in the lore. They would be okay against Chaos Astartes and more effective against Tyranids. You would also be able to cosplay better as Black Templar or Salamander.

There is a thread for this already but I'm going to upvote every Flamer/Pyreblaster post I find!


I've been playing some private matches with "The Heavy flamer mod". while its a bit OP on lower difficulties it is GREAT fun.


With all the assets right there, it's a no-brainer adding this to PVE with all the progression and Cosmetics, hopefully sooner rather than later!
