I really like Titus's ability to heal his health as he does melee. I wish it could be in Operation Mode rather than just Campaign.
A Chaplain with their Crozius Arcanum, when they use the ability, they can heal themselves with their Melee Damage. Their perks could also allow them to buff nearby Allies when they scream their lungs out as they use the ability, like faster reload or stronger melee damage or more damage resistance.
However, if it is just that while would be fun, it isn't interesting enough, maybe one of the higher-level perks would a high-risk high reward option, where when you use the ability, you lose all your armours and can't regain them while the ability is active but you heal more per melee hit and you are doing a lot more melee damage and you swing faster.
Introduce a high risk, high reward options into the game. Little give and take would make it a lot more interesting.
