bring back 3 lictors spawning

bring back the possibility of 3 lictors spawning in or even more.

i've said it multiple times, and it seems like i need to keep repeating it, due to how Saber Interactive keeps doing the very opposite with manic devotion. don't throw less at the player instead of making the player feel more powerful. removing enemy amount will only result in removing potential for power fantasy, which SM franchise supposed to be about.
