Allow Swapping Lower Tier Armory Data for Higher Tier Or Remove Armory Data Requirements

TLDR: Gatekeeping Weapon Upgrades behind Difficulty is UNFUN.


A small group of others have already posted this, but there should be a way to exchange lower tier armory data for higher tier. A 5-1 (Lower-Higher) or even 10-1 would keep us more casual players in the game.


That or remove Armory Data entirely and let weapon upgrading be based purely on usage XP like in World War Z.


Also, others have stated that weapon tiers are aspirational rewards, but keep such rewards cosmetic where they don't impact gameplay, as weapon tiers affect how much damage you do and the level of frustration faced.


Assuming that just because we casuals don't NEED top tier weapons to play more lower difficulties is reductive as it is the same as assuming that a person with minor heart issues can make do with a General Practitioner rather than a Cardiac Specialist. 


People WILL want the best possible options, and gatekeeping it behind difficulties we do NOT enjoy, especially since the enemies just turn into high damage bullet sponges just feels exclusionary.


I LOVE the lore of 40K but the combination of gatekeeping gameplay affecting gear behind difficulty levels with spongy high damage enemies and frustrating QTE gamplay mechanics (Parry Gunstrikes etc) affected by server issues along with frankly piss weak starting gear is just disappointing.


A simple option to swap low tier armory data for higher tier ones would alleviate the issue somewhat and also keep more casual players in the game even if only at lower difficulties, which would help with the online longevity.
