PROS is an awful platform, implement in-game event/reward tracking

Yea im in the same boat. Saber is dropping the ball hard. 

There were no problems with PROS at all. Yesterday I passed for all classes without any problems. All 6 classes were passed. Players as always make a big deal out of nothing.​

I cannot imagine having a consciousness so limited that the very concept of other people having a different experience than me is utterly inconceivable.

When you see hundreds of people across multiple platforms complaining about something not working. despite the fact that it worked for you, what does that mean to you? What do you take away from that? Do you assume it's just mass hysteria, something in the water making people lose their minds in a hyper specific way? Are they intentionally lying in order to further some nebulous goal? I'm so curious what it's like to live in your world, Mr. It Works On My Machine.

THERES REALLY NO WAY FOR ME TO KNOW WHICH CLASSES COUNTED? IM AT 4/6 AND JUST HAVE TO TRIAL AND ERROR IT? IS IT LIKE THIS ON PURPOSE TO PUMP UP ENGAGEMENT WHICH THIS AWFUL PROS SITE? EVENTS NOTHING BUT CONFUSION AND FRUSTRATION.

I had the same issue on Friday. I finished 6 operations each as a different class, and when I was done it said 1/6. I got it to count 2 more classes that day, but I logged off at 3/6 after playing 10 operations across all classes.

Fortunately, PROS seemed to sync up and when I logged in the next day to finish it, it registered all 6 and gave me the helmet without needing to run the rest. Which is good, because I still don't know what class it registered as 1/6.

And it's best to ignore Ajax. They refuse to acknowledge that using a separate, web based service to track in-game rewards is objectively a worse experience, for both users and developers, than tracking stuff in-game like 99% of games, including this one(ordeals), do.
