6 player oerations, no class limits, randomized characters(valius,quartus,etc)

I got bored of space marine 2, I completely steamrolled through the absolute difficulty missions the day they came out. So now I've joined one of those fan-made chapters from the #promote channel, black templars armada. I've met some pretty cool guys there, one problem though. I can only fight alongside 2 of them. I lied, there's more problems. What if I want to use tactical but someone else wants to use tactical? Maybe all 3 of us want to use tactical? There are my problems, now onto solutions.

In private lobbies, NOT PUBLIC LOBBIES, you can fight with 6 total people. That means you and 5 other battle brothers. But what if I get stuck with a class like vanguard? No offense to vanguard mains but I don't want to play that class. Well, out with the class limit. This creates another problem, there's potentially 6 guys running around with the name valius, but I have an easy solution. Names and characters will be randomised, so for example if I pick to play as assault, I could have quartus' name and voicelines, excluding ability specific voicelines. Alternatively you can make 6 different voice packs for each class, just put some filters on the original voice?

Due to balance issues, certain rewards like the helmet for beating all lethal missions can be disabled if at any point there are more than 3 players in the server. This way you can have fun without cheating through the game in any way.
