Assault needs some form of healing

The Assault class desperately needs some form of healing comparable to the Vanguard. I think that some of his new prestige perks are absolutely worthless, so please consider replacing one of these with a perk that actual gives some form of melee healing option.

(For example the restore Jump Pack prestige perk is ridiculously conditional, which could be easily replaced and noone would ever miss it.)
