Heal on execution prestige perk

A prestige perk idea 

Heal 5% or maybe 10% on execution of major or higher enemy prestige perk for all classes. The best thing about this would be if you don't want the perk then you don't have to have it and when you execute and see the health above icon above your character, it actually does something
