Ability to see marked enemies for "Purge Them All" achievement

Add the ability to see which enemies you've previously marked for the achievement "Purge Them All"

Add a way for us to see what enemies we have marked previously. I know currently we have a way but its through the new datavault with research data, but with most the ordeals bugged or some nearly impossible. it makes it impossible to unlock all the enemy types to see what we're currently missing.

My suggestion is to remove you having to unlock their research center entries to be able to see if you've marked them or not.
