Weapon Arsenal Rework

I think giving every class the HBP is the wrong way to go. The HBP outclasses the BP in nearly every way. Giving every class acces to the HBP makes the regular Bolt Pistol redundant. Also Tactical was perfectly balanced in having the most primairy weapons available but only one secondairy and melee option. Please reconsider :) thank you
