Make Sniper's closet bigger

Making use of that new Bulwark cloth color tech, it would be very mindful if it covered Cloaks and the Dark Angels helm (it could be a nice event award, an emblem-less cloth customizable helmet...) too.

If you guys wanted to make us go crazy, you could change a bit the incoming Prestige Pauldrons by simply placing the skull in the center of them (like the Tacticals); right now they look like the second obtainable ones with a pin hanging.

And if your desire was to make our brains explode, it would be very QoL improving to have an on/off toggle to choose either cloak covering pauldrons or not.
