Allow choice of server location in PvP Private Lobbies

In all competitive shooter scenes I've been in, you're able to choose the server you want the match to take place in (Virginia, Denver, AUS, EU etc). Our pvp community is from all over the world and it would be nice to be in control of what server you are playing on so that if we have huge ping differences between teams we can allow teams to choose their server back and forth to make it more balanced otherwise we have no idea who or what determines the server location and therefor cannot make this back and forth exchange.

At the very least if you guys do not have the resources to do so, please allow for private servers or explain how to best choose a server(Is it determined by lobby host? etc. some kind of explanation)

This is just one of those quality of life things that will help the pvp scene thrive. thanks
