Upgrade from gold edition to ultimate edition on steam

Hello I am asking for a simple idea. I regret not buying the ultimate edition when i pre-ordered the game. There is currently no way for gold edition buyers to unlock the ultramarine skin for the heavy unless you rebuy the ultimate edition of the game.

I am currently on steam I would like the option to upgrade from gold to ultimate edition or sell that skin individually.
