Got the same issue as well with the release (September 9th) version. No matter what settings I choose, in many scenes fps stays nearly the same and during combat it tends to drop below 60 regardless.

My specs (laptop):

i7-1365HX

RTX 4080 12GB

32GB RAM 4800 MT/s

I'm well over the recommended system requirements. No combination of settings, low to high, seems to make any difference. I can't get past approximately 60 FPS.

And I can't get a good idea of what actual FPS I'm getting, since I have to disable steam's overlay, but its low, might even be lower than 60 FPS, but very stable.

Forcing Proton Experimental, In game overlay is disabled in Steam.

Intel i7-11700K 11th Gen 3.60GHz

2TB NVMe SSD Drive

32" Screen, 2560 x 1440p, 165Hz

Have all the settings on low and still can't get over 63FPS, so obviously when everything happening onscreen it easily goes into the low 50's FPS. Have even tried lowering the resolution down to 1080p, however it didn't make any difference.
