Hello!

I was running some lethal missions solo but noticed that the bots do not appear to be properly scaled to the max difficulty. On any difficulty lower than lethal, you can tell they are using higher-tier gear.

For example:

Heavy on Lethal Difficulty

Heavy on Ruthless difficulty

I doubt this would have too much of an impact on most players, or if their gear properly scales in damage, but I wasn't sure if it was intentional as I didn't see anything saying this was part of the lethal difficulty.
