all DLC cosmetics are lost and locked again whenever the game is restarted it has been happening since global launch

The problem happened to me yesterday, i had everything unlocked then i lost everything, My custom armors even reset too. I hope the devs see this to fix that and either unlock back everything or give us a rp refund.
