Noticed a lot lately that many of the bulwark perks aren't working, the block range attack create a shock pulse perk isn't activating except maybe once out of 4 or 5 games same for the parry shock, had the buff for steel skin (below 50% health take less damage) active without having the perk on, had emergency countermeasures not activating at all for several missions, and the banner is so bugged out it's not funny, drop banner might work once as it should then never again, dropped it before and it took a huge chuck of my health and turned it contested (not high enough to even take that perk happens often enough to be annoying and at the wrong times can cost me a down or even the op) had it activate and deactivated immediately after dropping it (This happens a lot) drop it and it be floating laying sideways fall though floor etc. etc. (also happens a lot) only seen the power fist issue once (not damaging anything till a perfect parry was preformed) but that could have been an issue of me using the armory thing in mission to change loadouts.. Overall it seems like the perks aren't activating or just going haywire. haven't seen too many posts on it so figured i drop one here hopefully it gets sorted out soon.

EDIT: When i host the game everything seems to work fine for the most part still see banner bugs just not as often but when i join any friends or randoms when i start seeing these issues a lot more often
