for whatever reason I can never get into a full squad, and I can't even get through inferno on minimal with bots. Because I can't play with real people, I can't progress. I can't engage with any of the progression systems, and I don't have time to grind. I'm lucky to get 4 hours a week. This game is a lot of fun when it works but as it stands now I'm just forced to continuously slam my skull against a brick wall. Fix anything. Let us have a squad of any combination of classes or all the same class. What does it matter if it's OP, maybe then I could at least complete anything. It's so frustrating not being able to progress, is this something that's even going to get fixed or do I just need to play anything else.

It's probably worth giving the game a couple weeks to a month until the issues get fleshed out, OP.  Nothing wrong with taking a break and checking back in later when you have such a minimal amount of downtime to enjoy as play each week.

There comes a time when no, the game is plenty easy enough on the lowest setting, it's the player who needs to change. No one else I can see is asking for minimal to be made easier. Minimal is IMO fine and this is coming from someone who is NOT a pro gamer who regularly clears the hardest difficulties, far from it.

Not to mention operations are bound to get easier to solo when the stated incoming improvements to the bots are implemented.

Totally right, 50/50 skill issue without question. Again i dont have that much time. For reference it took me almost a year to beat lies of p, elden ring was about the same. The difference with those games was that I could engage with progression. I can't do that here ya know? It requires pick ups to upgrade weapons, which in turn would give me the ability to keep going. If I can't even do that, what am I supposed to do aside from practicing. Locking down skill set without question would be A1, but after a work week I've already forgotten half what I learned the weekend before.

Im not even asking for the game to get easier. I think the difficulty is fine. I just want to be able to play with real people. I also want to engage with the progression systems. Everything else is fine

Skill is a factor, I don't shy away from that. However, I just want to be able to play with other players and not bots - at any cost. If it's 3 of the same class so be it, at least more of us would be able to play with eachother. If you hit quick match I wanna go dropped into whatever team I can, just to be able to play and have a shot at engaging with progression. That's really all I'm asking for. The game itself will get easier the further I get into, but if I'm unable to take that first step idk what to do.

ItalianSpartacus has seemed to be very much into the game (he has a whole library of lore videos as well and generally loves him some WH40k), so I would expect him to be on top of updates to the game, at least for the foreseeable future.  For example, he made a video on the Q&A that was done recently (iirc), and has a lot of in-depth guides for the game as well.  Plus I like the dude, in my opinion he's a stand-up chap.

Used to watch him for lore when I first got into 40k at the end of 8th. I noticed a lot of the old 40k channels picking the game up but I didn't know they planned on sticking with it. Guess it's time to get back to my roots lmao

Im sure, if i cant even log on i just dont play. It doesnt save your progress at all so theres even less of a point imo. Hmm.. That sounds pretty odd to not get people on a regular basis.
On another note, the Armory Data is shared, if 1 gets it everyone gets it. Regardless if they drop out early or not.
Not sure about the Geen Seed however, but I would guess that if a person drops out early whom carries it it will get lost.

The worst in all this is the deaf ears the devs gives the community. There is some issues that been happening day one and they refuse to ackowledge anything. They do QnA as if they were, but then they just want to fix nothing. it is a waste of time, im done with the game, and fos entertainment

I kinda feel you, normally what fixes it for me is going back to the title screen and immediately researching, switching gams modes works too. What im more bothered about is my dlc cosmetics, for the second time, have been taken away from me. I spend the credits, then lose the cosmetics forcing me to purchase them again, ive done it twice now. I dont know how to post a thread if i did i would lol

I saw a post mention switching game modes so i tried out pvp. I got waffle stomped for a round but had a decent laugh and switched back to missions hoping it would work, no avail. To create a new post scroll to the top of general where you found this post. You should see a tab the say create post or whatever. That's how I made all the ones I've posted so far.

I think they hear the feedback im just not sure when if ever they intend to fix it. Or if they even look through these anymore, they may only see what gets traction on bigger platforms. Which begs the question why even have these forums up in the first place. No one likes screaming into the void, no body likes getting left behind ya know? It's a totally fair stance to be done with em though. I just hope I'm the only one having the problems I'm having tbh, I want so bad to just play this game and have fun like everyone else. Instead I feel like I'm on the wrong side of a fence watching everyone else have fun.

One option would be message people on here for their gamer tags and try to join them when they're playing.  Without a gamer lobby, matching making is random success at best, but you can join a group or active op with someone on your steam friend's list.

I think you need to identify what exactly is the issue here. Are you complaining about the multiplayer system and how it works? Are you complaining about the level being difficult to play? Are you not satisfied with the players who join your lobby because they can't work as a team? Whatever the case may be, focus on what you can control and find the fun in that. If what you do isn't fun simply find another game that is fun so you don't waste your time. Thanks!
