Very simply can we get the skins for the bolt carbine to work with the marksman carbine. I am not asking for a marksman version just for the bolt carbine skins to be selectable when I use the marksman version. 

Probably not.
Seeing how it's not already an option they most likely want each version to have their own appearance.
