Hello. I have heard the voice of the Emperor. He told me to post this list of class perks that must be changed. It is non-negotiable.

Assault:
"Commitment" signature perk must be changed to "A perfectly timed Dodge using a Jump Pack Dash restores Health by 10%"

Vanguard:
"Tenacity" gear perk must be changed to "Performing a Finisher with the Grapnel Launcher restores Health by 10%"
"Tactical Prowess" signature perk must be changed to "Grapnel Launcher can activate a Finisher on any Majoris-level enemy, but can only store 1 charge"
"Adrenaline Rush" signature perk must be changed to "Movement speed is increased by 10%"

The Emperor also just told me that the Heavy would be better off without the Heavy Bolt Rifle in Patch 7.0.
