All chapter packs i bought are gone

after the patch 7 relese i lost every single dlc that i bought, the epic games store shows that i own raven guard and space woolfes dlc but i do not have the content of said cosmetic packs in my game, i have proof that i bought both of theese dlc and i dont have things they come with in my game, what do i do, i have spent my money to get cool looking cosmetics, with space woolfs i ust didnt get anything and as for raven guard the things just vanished like seriously i cant equip anything that i had unlocked bc it says that i quote "dont own the dlc" even tho i paid for it i have confirmation that i have paid for it and been using it until patch 7 relese
