Crashing on series X after latest patch and prior.

For some reason my game keeps crashing as I load into the customise menu and during game play I keep crashing 5mins in. 


I have trouble shouted the issue, uninstalled and reinstalled the game four times and gone through the help and it hasn't worked. I thought they patched it after the latest update however as keep having issues and cannot fix this?

I'm on XBOX as well and sorry to see this happening to other players. I would suggest to check some stuff in the beginning:

In the game - hit setting and set the graphics to "speed mode". Motion blur: off. Crossplay: OFF.

Also, make sure, that you have enough storage space on xbox. Should not be more than 85% full. The less the better. Also, check your connection setting on xbox + if there are no other games running on standby mode background.


Also, after every gaming session - always close the game completely. Don't leave it on standby. In the main menu of the xbox - go with the cursor onto your game icon, press start a then close.


Hope it helps. If not, you should get in touch with the support team. Maybe it is a local issue depending on your location (America, Europe etc.).
