Online games not connecting a day ago

Recent error 140 codes. Crazy long game joining times that will not connect. Tried all online suggestions like reinstall, swi6ching on and off, turning off crossplay. I play on Xbox series X and never had any issues online untill 2 days ago. If this can't get fixed then you will loose a dedicated player. Oh and your bug reporting is way too overcomplicated, since when do you need to write "steps" and upload photos to report a bug. Anyway my issue is online connection to multilayer and there us no category for that.

Level 1 reset a day ago

Every one of my space marines have gone back to level 1 on both multiplayer and co op I have 60 hours in game progression and I’m very disappointed I’ve tried all the tips online 

all my characters were reset to level 1s after a crash 2 days ago

i have maxed out characters on pvp and pve and after the crash everything is back to level 1 is there a way to fix?

Greetings to all fellow nerds and the dear Dev team and its members who reads this post

So recently i have been playing Space Marine 2 and enjoyed its fun while it lasted

Until like 2 weeks ago it didnt wanted to start off because of an Easy Anti Cheat error code 30005

Now keep it mind im not a tech guy in the IT department but i have had an IT friend over to help me fix it but nothing worked on it

-Not fixed by deleting a .sys file

-Not fixed by uninstall and reinstall

-not worked by doing basically anything that any social media posts had to offer

-No update issue on firewalls either

Please help me

A sidenote i play PC and my game is on Steam thanks to a friend who bought it for me (bless her heart) and its on windows 10

P.S.: i dunno if this is maybe should be mentioned but i feel like i should some time ago i have tested out on Space Marine 2 a Nexusmod called Astartes Overhaul 2.0 but after some time i have deleted it and ran a quick check on its files and the game ran afterwards good as new

Hi, im from brazil, and i'm loving space marines 2 so far, i would like to know if it will ever be a way to play eternal war offline? Like with bots. And u need to fix the offline to online progression on The operations mode, i searched on reddit and it looks that i am no the only one complaining.

All my max level classes got reset back to level 1 10 days ago

The other day after completing an ops mission suddenly my characters got reset back to level 1 I still have all my armor and weapon progression. I would like all my classes back to level 25 again and also got my PvP level reset as well. This is very discouraging and enfuriaring. I tried reseting the game and even re download to no avail. Please help

Постоянная потеря соединения в игре.Не могу найти союзников в миссии (искал 3,так и не нашёл)+требует скачать Epic Games Services и запрашивает постоянную проверку файлов.При ближнем часе файлы не скачивает Epic Games Services и запрашивает повторную проверку.(с интернетом) всё в норме,такая проблема только в космодесантнике 2)

Can't use photomode in solo/private ops? (PC/Steam) 12 days ago

Trying to use photomode in operations mode while set to private mode but when I enter a mission or the training room, the photmode button vanishes in the pause menu.
My friend tried the same thing recently (he had used photomode previously) and he said the same thing where it doesn't seem to work now?

EDIT: Fixed it, for some reason the photomode vanishes but pressing the key still worked, after that the button came back on the pause menu.

Lost all progress 12 days ago

I leveled my vanguard to level 23 but all my characters and weapon levels have been reset to 1 again after I completed a operations game.  Can you guys set my character level back to 23?

All space marine 2 characters reset to level one with weapons 13 days ago

when I logged in to play space marine two I got an error code 0. Then all of the levels of my characters were reset to one. I reset my Xbox again then I lost all my weapons. I still have all of my achievements unlocked, armor pieces that I have bought, armor pieces that I have unlocked so gameplay, and all of my campaign progression. I also have on missions my progress of beating them on every difficulty still saved. What’s going on and what’s the fix?

How is it possible to not have an option to play more than 3 players in a party for an online match of 6v6 it's completely ridiculous. Do you just assume no one has more than 2 friends?? Is it a DLC?? After a pretty short campaign we are all dropping the game because WE CAN'T PLAY MULTIPLAYER TOGETHER how in the world is this possible in 2024 people have friends dude!

Hello there,

I have just recently discovered that all my progress for PVE and PVP has been erased.. this was shortly after I completed a PVE mission and during the saving sign (where all the marines are in the ship) I was faced with The image that my account was disconnected from the internet. I then selected ‘continue off-line’ instead of ‘return to the main menu’ because I didn’t want to lose my experience from that mission. Surely after I return to the battle bridge all my marine classes were reset back to one and all my experience was gone. Turned off the game immediately and reset my Xbox multiple times but still all the progress was lost, even checking PVP classes which were all reset to 1… please help me as I’m devastated and have put many hours into this fantastic game and would really be frustrated and disappointed if all these hours have gone to waste. Please help!

Hi! I've been playing this game  on PC for 145 hours with no problems. Since this afternoon I have been constantly disconnected from games and the error 140 screen appears. I tried following suggestions on enabling automatic time zone, disabling steam cloud and crossplay, but nothing worked. Basically, since this afternoon I haven't been able to play anymore! I also encountered the EOS login error. I checked the integrity of the files, but nothing has changed...

Game crashes after Starting 20 days ago

I tried every Common method in the web to prevent the game from Crashing, but still the game Freezes when the Focus entertainment window showes up... i dont know what to do anymore i miss Gore up Xenos and Heretics so much! I tried to start the Game as admin ... Change overlays on steam/discord / cpu and gpu are fine and updated as well , windows is updated... i really tired everything but is still keeps freezin Right after the Warning alert on that Focus Entertainment window! Can someone help me? I need to kill some Xenos :O Even Reinstalling the game didnt help ;/

My weapon progress was reset on all my weapons for PvE. My gold: Heavy bolt Rifle, Bolt rifle Occulus bolt Carbine, Las Fusil, Heavy Bolter, Multi-Melta, Las Fusil,Bolt Pistol, Plasma pistol, Chainsword, Power Sword, and Combat knife. Below is proof, anything leading to a fix or solution would be greatly appreciated.

so on my main account on Xbox my weapons were all reset. I had a gold Bolter, Heavy Bolter, Heavy bolt rifle, Chainsword, Bolt pistol Multi-Melta, Las fusil, combat knife, Plasma pistol, and Power sword. Any help that would go towards fixing the issue would be greatly appreciated.

Error 0 when trying to play 22 days ago

Hi. Me and my son got the same game, same date, same update, same laptopsrequirements, same wifi etc. Mine works fine. But for some reason when he tries to play, (the game offline works fine) it does not connect to the server, wich makes him unavailable to play with others. When he logs on it simply states "Error o" and we have tried to verify the games installation and its correct. Please help. I´ve been trying to connect to the games customerservice but there is none... 

Server performance is lacking, especially pvp 25 days ago

I've played since early release, got 16 days of in-game time pretty quick, then stopped playing up until the dark angels release due to bad connection; even though I pay for one of the best wifi packages available. Does anyone have an answer as to why ping is still 150-200+ for every operation/pvp match? In ops its not as noticable, but in pvp if its over 90, people will just join and leave. Hit reg is awful, I'll get taken out around corners after diving away like its the video game adaptation of the movie "Wanted." Meanwhile I do zero damage, and the other player can just dip out before shields are even broke after getting dealt a whole mag of damage. I understand there's a new pvp gamemode slated for release soon after the new year; is there a fix for connection coming with that?

DLC Cosmetic Not Available a month ago

Hi, 

I Bought the Ultra Edition of Space Marines 2 which includes the season pass which includes the Ultramarines DLC Pack and the Heavy Bolter and Plasma Gun skins arent available it tells me to buy the dlc which i already own im on steam 

What can i do to resolve this

Disconnected during gameplay on SPACE MARINE 2 a month ago

Hi, I have recently encountered disconnected mid-way during gameplay, I am playing from Thailand using LAN with internet speed of 1GB. Is this due to Warhammer 40K server? Thanks.

All my armor is gone and relocked. a month ago

as the title says, but played the game in the morning, went to play a different game and then when I came back, all of my character’s armor was reverted back to default and I can’t select any armor, telling me that I have to re-unlock it by playing missions. My characters are all 25 and my character levels, perks, weapon levels and perks are fine, just my armor is somehow taken away from me and relocked. I don’t want to play 30+ matches for each character just to re unlock them again.
