QOL Changes - Loading Screen Hell

One of the biggest standoutish negatives about SM2 is the amount of loading screens youre forced into, sometimes they take a little bit to get through either due to your own connection, or the connection of your battle brothers. I propose 2 changes to help mitigate this.

1. Change how squad peer to peer connection works. Every time a squad leader (SL) leaves, it throws you and the other member into a loading screen, then if they assume the SL and then leave, it throws you into another loading screen again right after. Im unsure if the server framework is having players establish local peer to peer connections, but id suggest peer to server connections that dont force other squad members into loading screens over and over and establish a more "drop in/out" style of multiplayer connection. It may see minor, but it happens to me all the time.
2. Display post game stats DURING loading screen back to battle barge. Similar to above, loading screens can take a minute. I suggest have loading from mission to battle barge take place during stats. This gives players something to focus on while the game can load, rather than load then sift through stats to get back to the barge. Again, kind of minor, but I think it would be a relatively nice QOL change for players.

I totally agree. Some of the loading screens just makes no sense. When you're on the battle barge and leave the team you have the loading screen. But what's really loading? Game - everything was loaded the second before, you were on the battle barge, server data - can't it be loaded when you're already on the barge doing whatever you need to do? It should just work as it works when you are the squad leader - other players just disappear from your game. When you're in armory and SL leaves the game - loading screen and moreover you're back to hangar. It just makes no sense.
