Add power sword to tactical class loadout

having the power sword only for the bulwark feels a bit unsatisfying because shield doesn’t fit well with some executions, and we have no option to equip the power sword without the shield in PvE, also the tactical is the class with the most roman-like armor sets and the chainsword is the only weapon that absolutely doesn’t fit with with that cosmetics (also knife would be nice to see)
