Make assault dodge worth using

I don't even know if I should tell you how tbh, I suppose it would be insulting, but on the other hand you still didn't do anything.

It's obviously not worth it ever to dash when you can jump and apply damages.

Dodge could consume 1/4 or 1/3 of a kill bar instead of one full bar.

You should probably adjust the final perk of assault because of this, maybe make it Regen only one charge.
