Requsition, XP and Gene Seed Long term

I'm not even close to being finished with XP and not having a need for requisition points. However eventually people will run out of things to buy and have no need for XP.

 I think something should be put in to have a consumable type of item to use requisition on. Something like ME3 Boosters would be decent. (These were consumables that you would use up on a mission. Boosters like % More weak point damage for this mission, % more damage with pistols.)

Doesn't have to be this just some type of requisition sink that could mix up the gameplay. Also the Gene Seed should also give requisition to make it not useless to carry to end of mission. (Some heretics don't see the value)
