Add negative response to the social wheel

Please, consider adding a "negative" response option into the "social wheel" commands. At the moment we have there only options for mainly positive responses - such as "confirm", "thank you"...

For the players without the chat option (people like me on consoles), there is no option to communicate to my teammates (without voice chat), that I am not interested in a marked object (stim, grenades and whatnot).

Just change one option there into a negative response, so if anyone is playing with random teammates they can let them know, that the market or highlighted option is a no go for them and they can have it for themselves or just let it there. 

It will ease up the game and communication a bit for the random groups.
