Unlocks Missing 8 hours ago

I pre-ordered the Ultra Edition of Space Marine 2, and have had no problems with it until patch 4.5. I returned from holiday yesterday to find that a lot of my cosmetics unlocked with requisition had been removed and I don’t have the requisition points back to unlock them again either. I’ve tried restarted the game and the console a few times and nothing is helping so far. Any help would be appreciated!

I was recently was gifted Space Marine 2 (Steam-PC) by a friend and I love it. Been a fan of Warhammer 40K and this game series since the first one released. I enjoyed it so much, I recently purchased the Season Pass so I wouldn't miss out on content with the new Patch Release and Dark Angels gear coming out. However, I recently discovered that there is no way I can obtain the "Ultramarines Champion Pack" that has the Heavy Bolter Skin and the Armor Set. Since the game was gifted to me (just regular version), and I purchased the Season Pass separately, is there any way at all I can obtain the Ultramarines Champion Pack without spending another $100 USD on the "Ultimate Edition"? ​Good day. I have a problem with the bloom or glow effect, which enhances the brightness of light sources. These are explosions, glare and other light sources. Tell me, is it possible to turn off this effect at the moment? Because for me these flashes cause torment in my eyes. Poor vision, photophobia. And I want to play the game.

​​​​​​​I would like to suggest that the developers introduce the ability to disable this effect in the settings.

Following the new update last week (addition of new weapons and new missions), the game removed all the armor and all the colors that I had unlocked in the pass. I can not get PVE reward anymore 10 days ago

I cleared PvE 3 times but only get EXP and cosmetic unlock count. Can not get gold and weapon schematics. Even these do not show up on the result reward screen. 
My current gold amount is 700 and schematics are 0,0,0

Heraldry Purchase Reset 12 days ago

​So, I've made quite a few purchases in game however, all of the DLC/Chapters that I have previously bought now state that they've been locked and I need to repurchase. Yet, when I go to customize armour, I have all the paints, decals, helmet designs etc. from said purchased heraldry.

All previously purchased heraldry is locked. Anyone else having this issue?

Issue Unlocking Ultramarines Champion skin. 13 days ago

I recently purchased and installed the Ultramarines Cosmetic Pack. According to my Steam library, the DLC is properly installed, as shown in the attached screenshot:

In-game, I am able to unlock and equip certain DLC items in the heraldry system, and I’ve successfully unlocked some of them, as evidenced in this screenshot:

However, when I try to access the Heavy class cosmetic, the game prompts me to purchase the DLC again. Here’s a screenshot of the issue:

Could anyone please assist in resolving this issue? Or is the Heavy class cosmetic exclusive to early-access players?

Achievment bug 14 days ago

There seems to be an issue with the achievment "The Art of Dismemberment" which wont get completed no mater what enemies, weapons or executions a do. Is there a way to fix it? I had hope that with the adition of new weapons might be able to complete it, but the new gun finishing shot didn't count for the achievment.

Hi,

Since the 4.5 update, I cannot connect to the servers so I'm permenantly in offline mode.

Also, can you advise why there's no new achievement for the New Operation, lethal difficulty and possibly even the new weapon. You would thing new Achievements/Trophies would be a no brainer.

Except for the above mission, any other will crash the game before loading into it.

​Hello, i've tried to contact you several times, the performance i am having with the game its absolutely unacceptable, i don't have a bad computer whatsoever and under any circumstance, not even tweaking everything to the minimum i cant get not even 60 fps, it is outrageous, the game doesn't work for shit and it pisses me off that i paid 70$ for a broken game i cant even enjoy, i need either support on this matter or a proper compensation, stop releasing broken games on pc, i need a response ASAP (Showing proof of the performance below and my pc specs)

I'm currently at 49/50 achievements on steam as the last achievement I need is the "Defender of humanity" achievement which is unlocked by completing the all the other achievements... which I have done, please can i get some help for fixing this bug as i should be on 50/50 achievements for Space Marine 2 on steam

Здравствуйте,у меня такой вопрос,сегодня я купил сезонный пропуск,исключительно из-за тяжелого болтера с щитком(ультрамариновского)и как раз таки тяжелого болтера у меня почему то и нету,навожу на него и пишет что необходимо приобрести дополнение "чемпион ультрамара или  макрага" шо то в этом роде,а этого дополнения даже в продаже нету,да и не может же этого не быть в сезонке(откровенно слабой сезонке с несколькими цветами за 2к) дайте мне мой хеви болтер с щитком пжлст я уверен что это баг 

I’m having problems with the DLC skins 17 days ago

I have purchased all of the DLC skins in the game and I have been able to use them for a while now. But for some reason today I lost access to them and I have to unlock them all over again.

Constant Disconnects (error 142) during Operations for the past 3 days 17 days ago

Was loving the game and really enjoying playing with my brother before this weekend. Suddenly since Friday I cannot complete an operation without disconnecting. It's constant. I've reinstalled, restart router, tried everything I can think of and nothing seems to help. Is anyone else having this issue suddenly? Anything else I can try to help?

"Offline" Ops progress reset/lost 17 days ago

Well there's a weekends playtime gone in a flash, final op against the giant xeno results in a crash, only to discover on reboot all my progress has been lost? Ranks on my weapons, classes, even the other operations show as uncompleted. Great stuff, was fun and enjoyable but that's killed it for me, uninstall and moving on. Shame. Seems I'm not the only one too.

DLC Heraldry dissappeared and now all unlocks have been reset. 17 days ago

I was kicked from a pvp Annihilation.

DLC Heraldry seemed to suggest it wasn't installed.

When I restarted the game the DLC Heraldry page was restored but every thing is now locked and all of the requisition points are gone so I cannot buy anything back.

I had unlocked everything on the page and now have to start again.

This is pretty shitty especially as I paid for the DLC and worked to unlock it.

Ultramarine champion Pack PS5 content not found 20 days ago

I purchased the ultimate digital edition on PS5 before the game came out. When I finally went to lv up my heavy I noticed this skin was still locked I tried to press X on it and it goes to a different screen that says content not found. How do I unlock this? Thanks

Sudden FPS drops 21 days ago

​I’ve been playing daily since launch. 250hrs. In that time I started with dynamic rendering with high settings (can’t remember if frame gen was on). Then switched to Medium preset with native 1080 rendering options. Things ran well and smooth at about 60fps. 

Suddenly I ran into massive fps drops causing gameplay issues in operations. CPU was running between 55-75% and GPU was I believe between 80-100. Frames were between 20-60fps. After troubleshooting I can’t even get past 43fps.
