Dear Players,
First off, we wanted to thank you for reporting your issues and providing us with feedback. We’re currently working to find fixes.
We've noticed that some of you have concerns when launching the game due to the installation of the Epic Online Services client. This was implemented to support optional cross-play between Steam and Epic players and to synchronize friend lists between the two stores.
However, please be aware linking your Steam and Epic accounts is not required to enjoy the game. These features are entirely optional and will not affect your gameplay experience in any way.

MOST COMMON ISSUES
Game Crash
Potential workaround:
Please deactivate overlay software (like Riva Tuner, Nvidia overlay, Afterbuner,...)
Game Crash on first cinematic
Potential workaround:
Please update Windows 10 - version must be above 1507
Verify that the game is launching on correct GPU
Update your GPU driver
Your controller doesn't work with the game
Potential workaround:
Deactivate Steam Input to avoid the conflict with Controllers
Right click on game > Properties > Controller > Disable Steam Input
Steam doesn't always support wireless controllers. Plug it with USB and then deactivate Steam Input to avoid the conflict with controllers.
Infinite Loading/crash when launching Operations
Potentially caused by network issues or you getting kicked by different squads.
Potential workaround:
Restart the game
Connectivity issues on PS5
Many players seem to have connectivity issues on PS5 especially, being unable to join other players.
We are still investigating this issue.
Error Code: 14
Potential workaround:
1. Control panel > Clocl and Region > Change Time Zone > Change Time Zone
Make sure you have the correct time zone on.
2. Setting > Time & Language > Date and Time
Make sure to set the timezone automatically.
We aim to fix all these issues in our first patches.
